Business Meeting

Mental Health and Substance use effects the whole family. Patterns of relationship become very unhealthy even for members not using substances or struggling with a mental health disorder. We believe family involvement in treatment is essential to promote continued success throughout and after completion for all members of the family. Bridging the Gap provides family and couples counseling, as well as groups for families who are struggling.

Substance use is very isolating and creates a perception that no one could ever understand. Groups provide empathy, relationship building, community, and a safe place to process and grow. We believe that groups are integral to growth and we provide many different groups to help clients achieve healthiness and success. Some of the groups include Process, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Moral Reconation Therapy, and support groups.

Group Meeting

Addiction is a progressive disease. We believe education regarding this disease is essential for long term recovery. Elements of a successful life include effective communication for healthy relationships, financial literacy, understanding basic principles of nutrition, exercise fundamentals, learning how to enjoy healthy activities, create resume's, pursue educational goals, career goals, and how to achieve spiritual well being. We provide these life skills classes to promote healthy patterns and to help clients achieve the lifestyle that is desired.
